Registration Contact and Reference Number

Enter an active Philippine mobile number and request one Reference Number. The Reference Number sent by SMS verifies ownership of the contact number and is required when submitting this registration form. A separate registration OTP is no longer required.

Graduate School applicants continue through the existing Admission / Registrar process without a placement examination.
